Group Overview
Discussion and Reflection: Group discussions encourage students to think about their past experiences, what led to certain situations, and how their actions impacted others. Students are encouraged to express their thoughts and reflect on their role in various circumstances.
Guided Activities: Activities that promote discussion and help students focus on positive actions, empathy, and self-awareness.
Personal Growth Through Journaling: Students are encouraged to journal their personal experiences and reflect on how what they learn in group sessions can apply to future situations.
Creation of Group Values: Early in the semester, the group discusses and establishes shared values that guide the sessions. Students are encouraged to create their own values and principles, fostering a sense of ownership and commitment.
